Quality Control Technician
Precision Metalsmiths Inc., a leader in the investment
casting industry is seeking a Quality Control Technician for its
Markesan, Wisconsin plant.
This position reports to the Quality Control Manager
and will be responsible for assisting in determining if material,
product and or processes are in accordance with certain specifications.
Candidate must be detailed oriented and possess the ability to read
product specifications and blueprints. Assists various departments in
identifying and drafting manufacturing procedures for ISO-9002
procedures. Good computer based skills are a must in order to record
inspection data and create reports for the quality management team.
Desired Qualifications: Working knowledge of
investment casting operation is helpful. Must have excellent verbal and
written communications skills.

Cost Accountant
Precision Metalsmiths Inc., a leader in the investment
casting industry is seeking an experienced Cost Accountant for its
corporate office in Euclid, Ohio.
This position reports to the Vice President of Finance
and will be responsible for managing cost accounting, payroll and
inventory control for multiple locations, engineering estimating and
financial planning activities. At least two to four years experience
working in a manufacturing accounting environment. Must be detail
oriented, a team player and customer service oriented.

Final Inspector
Precision Metalsmiths Inc., a leader in the investment
castings industry is seeking a Final Inspector for its Markesan,
Wisconsin plant.
This position reports to the Quality Control Manager
and will be responsible for inspecting finished metal products to
insure conformance work orders and customer specifications.
Position Overview:
· Examine castings for surface Inspects
castings according to delivery requirements.
· Verifies products dimensions according to
blueprint specifications
· Examines metal for defects, such as
scratches, inclusions, appearance and discoloration.
· Records and reports p-numbers, heat numbers,
total number shipped, number of defective parts and total number ready
to be shipped.
· Maintain established departmental quality
standards.
· Responsible for departmental safety and
housekeeping
· Perform related duties as assigned

eye coordination, ability to read blueprints and inspect castings.

Process Inspector
Precision Metalsmiths Inc., a leader in the investment
casting industry is seeking a Process Inspector for its Markesan,
Wisconsin plant.
This position reports to the Quality Control Manager
and will be responsible for the initial inspection of metal castings.
Position Overview:
· Examine castings for surface defects
· Select and separate defective castings
according to salvage operation required
· Record type and amount of defective castings
· Gage castings, utilize pin gages, job blocks,
etc.
· Maintain established quality standards
· Responsible for departmental safety and
housekeeping
· Perform related duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications: Working
knowledge of investment casting operation is helpful. Requires hand and
eye coordination, eyesight correctable to 20/20 to read written
instructions, blueprints and inspect castings. Should have the ability
to do math and analyze data. Candidate must have excellent verbal and
written communications skills.
