This individual will be responsible for recruitment, selection, training, development, promotion, compensation, benefits & labor relations & communications that are consistent with State & Federal regulations and the goals of the Corporation. Desired Qualifications: Masters degree in personnel, business administration or related field. Minimum of five years experience at a Management level in Human Resources. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Some travel may be required between the Ohio and Wisconsin facilities.
